This is a Self Catering Safari, and You will need to bring your own provisions and prepare all your meals for yourself
You need to provide your own transportation to and from the lodge.
Rates are based on per person sharing – 2 people per room. Should you not wish to share you will need to pay a single supplement rate to have your own room, and is subject to availability.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of a reservation. Deposits are used to secure accommodation, vehicles and other activities and is subject to the different companies’ terms and conditions for reimbursements when a tour is cancelled.
We reserve the right to arrange for an alternative company, offering a similar, or the same tour, to take on passengers, should circumstances require it. A 50 % deposit is required to confirm bookings and is payable when making a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. Prices are subject to change on discretion of management should economic circumstances require it.
A 50 % cancellation fee will apply if a booking is cancelled 45 days prior to departure.
A 75 % cancellation fee will apply if a booking is cancelled 44 days prior to departure.
A 100% cancellation fee apply if a booking is cancelled less than 21 days prior to departure.
Prices include accommodation and Game drives at the lodge, gate fees, conservation fees and gratuities.
