It is best to work through a local Tour Operator when planning your vacation. They have all the local knowledge of what and where to go, and to be save. Mostly it is also advisable to make use of a local guide, they have all the local knowledge and will take care of all the arrangements so that you are free to enjoy your vacation.

 When is the best time to go to South Africa?

Answer:

Traditionally we receive a lot of our oversees visitors in our summer months.

  • If it is a seaside vacation that you are planning, our summer would be best – December to End of February.
  • If you would like the best possible opportunity to view wildlife, our winter months would be best – May to August.
  • If you are a birder, our summer time would be best as we have most of our migratory birds back.
  • Should you like to see the birth of all the young animals it would be best to visit from October to December.

Answer:

The Covid -19 Virus is here to stay.

  • One of the best forms of defense is to get your shots. This will not prevent you from getting the virus, but it will help to reduce the severity to witch you may get it. Please consult your doctor before receiving any inoculations.

  • One of safest places to be when visiting South Africa would be in the sparsely populated reserves and game parks.
